USER AGREEMENT
This user agreement is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 ("Act") and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008. This user agreement is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
This user agreement is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information. Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms and conditions for access and/or usage of Prama Hikvision India Pvt Ltd ("Website").

By submitting a User Material, You grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, and authorize others to use the User Material in whole or in part, in any and all media or for training purpose, now known or hereinafter developed, including rights to use the User Material in isolation or in combination with any other material. XI.causes annoyance, inconvenience, danger, obstruction, insult, injury, criminal intimidation, enmity, hatred or ill will;
XII.causes annoyance or inconvenience or is intended to deceive or to mislead the addressee or recipient about the origin of such messages.
f.You further undertake that You shall not use the Website to:
