USER AGREEMENT
This user agreement is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 ("Act") and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008. This user agreement is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
This user agreement is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information. Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms and conditions for access and/or usage of Prama Hikvision India Pvt Ltd ("Website").
In these terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use"), the following terms shall have the meaning as ascribed to them below:
"User" refers to you, the person visiting including authorized Registered Dealer/System Integrator/ Registered Distributor/Channel Partner, accessing and/or using the Website by means of any communication device.
"Prama Hikvision India Pvt Ltd " refers to a Company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 1956, having Corporate Identity No. U74990MH2009PTC190094 and having its registered office address at Office No. 1- 4, 2nd Floor, Siddhivinayak Arcade, Akruli Cross Road No. 1, Near Kandivali Station, Kandivali (East), Mumbai - 400 101 (Maharashtra), India, which is the owner of all rights in this Website.
All references to "You" and "Your" shall mean the User. All references to "Company", "We", "Us" and "Our" shall mean Prama Hikvision India Pvt Ltd.

b. These Terms of Use contain the entire understanding between You and the Company and supersedes all prior understanding between the User and the Company in respect of the User's access and/or use of the Website.
